I am researching the buildings and memorials of the Temperance movement. Edward Grubb was one of the 'Seven Men of Preston' who founded the first total abstinence (or 'Teetotal') society at Preston in 1832. There is a memorial to him in Preston cemetery, which records that he is buried at Harlow Carr, so I am assuming that this is his actual gravestone.
